Tips for eating out in Tenerife with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers…
There’s a huge choice of restaurants at prices far cheaper than mainland Spain. Specialities include local fish such as ‘sama’ (sea bream served with boiled potatoes in salt) and you will also be able to sample tapas in one of the many tapas bars dotted around the island. You will also be able to find a number of restaurants serving international cuisine. Most of the resorts will have restaurants with high chairs but if you plan to travel off the beaten track it would be best to bring a fold away high chair.
