There are ample hotels in Bangkok to choose from however it would be useful to stay on one on or near the river such as The Mandarin Oriental and the Royal Orchid Sheraton. Both of these hotels have fantastic amenities and are very baby and toddler friendly, with safe, well prepared food and cots available on request. There are complimentary boats leaving from these hotels which take you up and down the river between the hotels and major attractions. This would reduce the need for taxis and other forms of transport.. These hotels are not cheap however and there are plenty of midrange and budget options such as the Riverside Anantara Hotel which is baby and toddler friendly. The Ibis Bangkok Riverside caters for young children and rooms here are clean and the hotel is central. Rooms cost around £37/€50.00 per night. Apartments might be a good option for those travelling with infants as it gives you the option of cooking your own food. Tripadvisor lists a number of vacation rentals. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cots offered by hotels and apartments or if indeed there are no facilities for babies there is also the option of renting a cot during your stay from Tiny Tots.
